Alessia Caramellino

Alessia Caramellino graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London, where she developed a comprehensive and patient-centered approach to healthcare. Her clinical journey began as a qualified naturopath, providing a strong foundation in holistic and preventative healthcare before progressing to osteopathy. Prior to Dubai, Alessia practiced Osteopathy in private practice in London, treating a range of conditions including disc prolapse, neural pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, and cervicogenic headaches.

Committed to continuous professional development, Alessia has undertaken further training in dry needling and shockwave therapy, allowing her to integrate a range of evidence- informed techniques into her practice.

With a particular interest in chronic pain management, spinal alignment and holistic health, Alessia takes an individualised and highly personalised approach to care, focusing on identifying and addressing the underlying factors contributing to her patients’ symptoms. She treats a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with lifestyle considerations to help patients optimise their health, enhance performance, and achieve long-term wellbeing.
