She has treated elite-level athletes across disciplines such as rugby and jiu-jitsu, providing deep tissue and sports massage to enhance performance, reduce tension, and support long-term recovery.

Alongside her expertise in sports and remedial massage, Louisa is also qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Scar Therapy, offering highly targeted treatments for post-surgical and post-injury recovery.

Her Scar Therapy treatments are designed to improve mobility and tissue health following surgery, including C-sections, hip replacements, joint surgeries, and other post-operative procedures. Using a gentle and precise manual approach, Louisa helps to release tight or restricted scar tissue, ease discomfort, and support faster healing by improving circulation and restoring natural tissue movement.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing swelling, or looking to improve flexibility and muscle function, Louisa tailors each session to your specific needs, ensuring a safe, effective, and evidence-based approach to recovery.

Louisa works alongside our other clinicians to give her patients the most effective recovery plan as well as working to improve posture, flexibility and enhance performance. Her combined expertise in massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, and scar therapy enables her to support patients through every stage of the recovery journey, from post-op healing to full functional restoration.
