Ana Aguila is a highly skilled physiotherapist with 18 years experience as a Physiotherapist and the assessment and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She has a particular clinical expertise in women’s health, working with patients across gynecology, obstetrics, fertility, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Her practice combines evidence-based care with a holistic approach, supporting women through pregnancy, post natal recovery, pelvic health concerns, while also treating general musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Ana is committed to delivering individualised treatment plans that promote long-term recovery, functional movement, and overall wellbeing.

Ana Aguila completed her studies in Physiotherapy and Osteopathy in Barcelona, where she developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal assessment and manual therapy. She later pursued advanced specialization in Women’s Health in London, gaining extensive clinical experience across gynecology, obstetrics, fertility care, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

She also worked in London for eight years in multidisciplinary clinical settings, managing a broad caseload of women’s health and general musculoskeletal conditions.

Following her time in the UK, Ana returned to Barcelona, where she established and successfully ran her own private clinic. There, she provided comprehensive physiotherapy services while overseeing clinical operations and patient care. She later relocated to Dubai, bringing her international experience and holistic approach to clinical practice.
